1. Shipping Policy

 a. Domestic Shipping

​​​At Mayur Rugs, each piece is handcrafted with precision and care. As soon as you place your order, we begin the process of crafting your custom rug to ensure the highest level of quality.Order Processing:Once your order is placed, we begin making your handmade rug right away. 

Please note that due to the custom and detailed nature of our rugs, it typically takes 15 - 30 days to complete production, depending on the size and design of the rug.Shipping Time:After the rug is crafted, it will be carefully packed and dispatched for shipping. Shipping times will vary based on your location.

 Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping:  3-7 business days after production of your handmade Carpet 

Tracking Your Order:Once your rug has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Shipping Costs:Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. .Customs and Duties:For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be calculated at checkout or upon delivery.

Delivery Delays:While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed if there are any delays.​​​

​b.  International Shipping

 We ship globally. International shipping times and fees depend on the destination country and shipping method chosen. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country’s regulations. International shipping typically takes 10-20 business days.

​c. Order Processing

​All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you immediately with an estimated restocking date.

​2. Return Policy

 At Mayur Rugs, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

​a. Eligibility for Returns

 Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.​

​b. Return Process

 Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.​​

​You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

​c. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and a description of the issue. 

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, in the event of a damaged or incorrect item.

 a. Refund Eligibility

​Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and deemed in acceptable condition.

​For items eligible for return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.

​Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective.

c. Late or Missing Refunds
